Clary Sage brings more closely into contact with the world of dreams, a realm that can give many a spiritual lesson. Clary Sage seems to favor vivid dreams or to strengthen the ability to dream.

It can be used in evening baths, sprayed into the bedroom, or on the pillow. Before falling asleep, focus your attention on some problem or some issue that needs clarification, with the earnest desire to obtain an answer from a dream. Hold a notebook handy in order to take note of the dream as soon as you wake up. One of the names with which Clary Sage was called in the past is “clear eye”.

It was believed to reinforce sight and the seeds of the grass (NOT the essential oil) were used to remove dirt from the eyes. At a spiritual level, Clary Sage stimulates the inner sight and helps “to see more clearly “.
