In the past, perfumers have been using in quantity some aromatic raw materials produced by animals. Today, the very high price and scarcity of these animalic notes make their use in mass perfumery absolutely prohibitive.

Synthetic substitutes nowadays used are only poor imitations void of the olfactory wealth that the real animal pheromones possess. Nevertheless, they are sufficient to fascinate the nose of the consumer and also the deepest aspirations of his soul. Modern men and women’s souls long for intimate contact lost not only with the botanical realm of nature but also with the animal ones. This is why he needs and seeks the smells of aromatic plants and animals in perfumes, they are absent from his life.

Moreover, these animal aromatic substances have been used from antiquity until today not only as perfumes but also as medicines, and they are part of all traditional pharmacopeias. Their very smell is often enough to activate our endocrine system into producing the hormones we need.

Our kit of animal scents contains the real natural tinctures traditionally used in classic perfumery. They have been prepared in our laboratory, and are ready to be used as animalic notes, adding them to existing perfumes, or in blending custom fragrances.

The tinctures are of:

• Ambergris tincture: 13,5 ml
• Muskdeer Kashmiri tincture 1.2 %: 1.5 ml
• Civet tincture: 13,5 ml
• Castoreum tincture: 13,5 ml
• Hyraceum tincture: 13,5 ml
• Muskrat tincture: 13,5 ml.
• Honey bee tincture: 13,5 ml
• Goat hair tincture: 13.5 ml.

The tinctures of the kit are in brown glass bottles fitted with an inside dropper.
