Cornmint (or Corn Mint) Essential Oil has a scent similar to peppermint, likely to its being derived from the leaves of Mentha arvensis through a steam distillation process.

It can be used to treat insomnia, help reduce toxicity and purify the body through increased sweating, it is useful in treating headaches and can help improve circulation and digestive problems

It is effective in treating nausea, it is used to treat colds and sore throats and when used as a facial scrub they are effective against acne

Applied to the lower abdomen they can effectively treat constipation

Cornmint blends well with tea tree, rosemary, lemon, lavender, eucalyptus, cypress, black pepper, and more.
