Since I arrived in Timbuktu I have had the occasion to help a number of people with my “First-Aid Aromatherapy kit.”
Stomach pains, sore throats, joint pains, etc…

I have called my approach to Aromatherapy “First-Aid Aromatherapy”, because most of the disturb that I cure disappear very quickly, sometimes in a few minutes.

Witnessing the efficacy of my perfumes, the people approach me asking if I have a remedy to cure the most uncomfortable disease in the city; hemorrhoids. A lot of people are affected by this ailment which can make someone’s life very miserable.
By chance, I know one essence that is very effective and I have treated this problem several times.
It is the essential oil of Cypress, it is distilled from the fruits of the tree, and they have the same form as hemorrhoids.
After 3 days the persons for which I have prepared the remedy are very satisfied. They jump like kids and they smile, relaxed.

An astonishing result of Aromatherapy here in Africa is that I moved from eating and drinking European food and clear water, to African local food (often street food) and well water, without having to suffer any intestinal problem. It is well known that a European person cannot do that without having to suffer at least two weeks of sickness.

This is because I do not drink any water without adding 2 drops of peppermint per liter in a bottle that I shake well before use.
Even Ibrahim does not want to drink anything else, he says that without my medicine water it does not refresh him any more.
I also use a spray of “Bacetto” in my mouth every time I eat any food that is doubtful or approach a coughing person.

For Malaria, “Anti Sharks” has been most effective in keeping mosquitoes away from my bed.
